Mary, Twentynine Palms, visiting Fantasy Springs Casino

When checking-in, the receptionist (Maria) was very overwhelmed. When I asked if the room was on the non-street side of the hotel, she went off on this long chat about how hard it was to change the room arrangements and all the things we should have done. My husband tried to explain the situation but that just triggered another rant from Maria. Not a great way to start our hotel stay!

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Yes, the receptionist Maria needs major training in "hospitality".

Great Stay!

Liked: Our stay was great, clean, comfortable & good breakfast. Definitely will stay here again if we are in the area.
Disliked: Only 1 thing I didn't like is that breakfast ends a Lil to early 10am.
