Mary, Twentynine Palms, visiting Fantasy Springs Casino

When checking-in, the receptionist (Maria) was very overwhelmed. When I asked if the room was on the non-street side of the hotel, she went off on this long chat about how hard it was to change the room arrangements and all the things we should have done. My husband tried to explain the situation but that just triggered another rant from Maria. Not a great way to start our hotel stay!

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Yes, the receptionist Maria needs major training in "hospitality".

Horrible room assignment do not...

Liked: Location clean staff
Disliked: Room assigned was behind the elevator pump room. I did not notice until 2 am when elevator was used multiple times making horrible sound. I was not able to sleep. It should be used as a broom closet not a rental. Room 132.
