Our stay was just semi-satisfactory....
Liked: The property is nice but it’s pretty dirty and not kept up very well.
Disliked: It was just dirty. The floors were filthy, there were papers and messes in the lounge. There were boxes in the way in the hallway that we almost tripped on. The outside isn’t ket up very well. There was smoking section right next to the front door so you had to be covered ins Mike when you walked in. There was a lot of remnants and stuff in the pool and the floor was chipping.

Liked: The bed, sheets and pillows.Higher floor
Disliked: The sink was not draining. Broken.The halls, walls, elevators , outside areas . Very dirty. Overflown trash. Animals around.Front desk needs customer service training, but I think they deal with a lot of blue color workers so the staff matches their public. The HI hotels I wanted were sold out. This was my only option Available for last minute . Will not stay here again.. I wish I had read the reviews.

Dump
Disliked: Breakfast serving utensils put on counter top. Dumpster in front and quite visible was overflowing. Shower drains are clogged. Hallways and elevators are filthy.

Acceptable for price
Liked: Comfortable beds
Disliked: Dirty in common areas and parking lot. Breakfast was not well stocked. One hour into breakfast and almost everything was empty. No cups for coffee.

We were in town for...
Liked: It was conveniently located. It was relatively quiet. Breakfast area/ food was good.
Disliked: The staff was less than helpful. Our credit card was charged $25.00 to cover incidentals. No explanation was given as to what the incidentals were. It is now just shy of three weeks since we checked out, and this charge has not been removed from our credit card. Calls to inquire about this matter have been extremely unsuccessful, both to the local number and the corporate number. My call has been hung up on numerous times and I still don’t have an answer or have the charges reversed or released.
