Liked: Easy on easy off highway.
Disliked: Outside of hotel could use a face lift

Liked: Nice rooms big bed good space in the room nice fridge and microwave amazing bathrooms
Disliked: The tv didn’t have good service it sometimes froze and went static a lot. Also the hot breakfast was good but the pancake maker had issues every morning and was not refilled

Liked: The sleeping arrangements were fantastic! As a family of 5 we are normally cramped into 2 queen beds (preferred over 2 rooms). The king bed with a queen pullout was great! The breakfast was delicious and the staff were truly incredible. When the A/C wasn’t working they immediately got us a new identical room. Breakfast staff made sure the dining room was immaculate with fresh hot food available. He always had a smile. If something wasn’t functioning the staff made up the difference!
Disliked: The air conditioning never worked properly in our room. It didn’t work at all in the first room so we were quickly moved to a new room. The vent at least moved the air around but the temperatures stayed between 77-79 degrees. While the room, dining and public areas were kept clean the pool was not. The water was clear but there were several bugs in and around the indoor pool and a couple of old bandaids.

Disliked: The staff at check in was not helpful with a card issue and some other things. I tried explaining things but was not listened to. Ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.

Disliked: The pool was small and the smell of chlorine was extremely strong. The kids playing with the elevators.

Disliked: Pool wasn't heated. Sink had very little water pressure.
