Rude

Disliked: The staff at check in was not helpful with a card issue and some other things. I tried explaining things but was not listened to. Ended up leaving and staying somewhere else.

Very good

Liked: How clean it was. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The pool was small and the smell of chlorine was extremely strong. The kids playing with the elevators.

Family friendly. Good location with...

Liked: Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Pool wasn't heated. Sink had very little water pressure.
