Disliked: It was dirty, the shower didn’t work properly and the manager wouldn’t fix it or move us. The poor was foggy and dirty. The hot tub had dirt in the bubbles just absolutely disgusting would never stay here again and would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to anyone

Liked: The location was great. We were there for a Chiefs game, and it was close to the stadium as well as shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good. It was a clean hotel. We stayed 3 nights, and housekeeping was on top of things with plenty of fresh towels every morning.
Disliked: The price was not the best deal for the stay. We were given a double bed room when we reserved a king bed room several months in advance. The staff quickly sent us to a correct room. The hot water was the most disturbing thing to me personally. I'm not one to take really hot showers to begin with, but on our 2nd morning, my shower never got hot. It was not even warm, barely room temperature, more on the cold side. This was also a morning that the Temps outside were low 20's. I'm not sure if their broiler system could not keep up or just needs replaced, but it definitely needs addressed.

Liked: Enjoyed everything.
Disliked: Handicapped accessible bathrooms, needs more safety at the toilet in the room. The rail was too far away for my daughter to reach. Had to use the small towel around the rail and she was able to hold that. To keep from falling over.
