Liked: Location it wasn’t far from our event
Disliked: Someone at the hotel canceled our reservations the day of in the morning via email I never received a call or anything. And no one at the front desk could give me a valid reason. I was on the road, headed to Maryland when I realized that the reservation had been canceled and almost did not get a room and then they gave me what was left which was a small room. in my room to something that was not what I originally booked and then they tries to double charge me what I had originally paid for and the original booking. So I questioned that. They didn’t wanna change it at first but then realized I was correct. I’m still waiting on a manager to call me back. Her name is Uchenna Erike. Because another manager names Wintah wouldn’t return my calls

Liked: Convenient location to where we were visiting.
Disliked: Tub didn't drain. No internet/cable during storm. Housekeeping dropped my washcloth on the hallway floor, picked it up, and placed it onto clean towels.

Won’t do it again!!

Disliked: It was dirty, there were ppl not staying but coming and going. The room was unclean, had dirty towels in the room. I didn’t stay and my money hasn’t been returned to me. Not happy with that hotel or booking.com. Terrible service.
