Great bed, great shower, great...

Liked: The bed was super comfortable and I loved the shower. The girls who checked me in were exceptionally nice.

Liked: Cleanliness! Professionalism by entire staff and HONESTY!I forgot my Fanny pack with ID, $$ and cc in it and Frankie went back to the room to lmk it was safe!!

Our stay was very uncomfortable...

Liked: Chelsea at the front desk was wonderful and breakfast was very good and what we have come to expect from Holiday Inn.
Disliked: Although I booked 2 rooms each with 2 queen beds I ended up with 2 rooms each with 1 queen bed and 1 sleeper sofa. Ugh! These were so uncomfortable for my grandson's who are 6ft. plus. Because I booked through you I was told that Holiday Inn could not move us for different rooms.Although 2 adults and 2 children were in each room we only had 2 sets of towels in each room. There was no bedding in the rooms to make up the queen sleeper sofas.After returning to the front desk twice to get towels and bed linens we were finally ready to relax and watch alittle sleep before falling asleep. That is when we discovered that the TV remote in our room had a dead battery.
