Location with easy access and...

Liked: Close to NASA ROcket Center and to the airport - both was critical for us. Nice rooms, good breakfast (with friendly staff!). However checkin was weird, unfriendly. She insisted on having the same Visa Card as was used for the online reservation although we had made the experience, this card often doesn't work in the States. It meant to unpack a whole backpack. We were right, the card didn't work, we tried several times, which didn't help her bad mood, but she refused taking another card. Finally we insisted trying another one, which then worked. Would have been easier having listened before. Never had such an impatient and unfriendly welcome in a hotel before and afterwards. Next time we'll try another location as there are plenty.
