Customer service was disappointing

Disliked: The first room smelled like strong smoke. My kid said ‘I like how rustic the smoke smell is’ as soon as we walked in. I told the front desk I needed another room. They spitefully looked at me and said there aren’t any more options. Didn’t even check the system for one. I tried for 90 minutes to cancel my reservation through customer service and Booking (also terrible customer service). I finally went back to the front desk and a manger was there with the original employee I spoke with. The manager said ‘oh, we’ll just switch your room‘

Liked: The location was Perfect
Disliked: The shower flooded the floor, ants around the TV (and no we didn’t have food) and the several phone calls about my payment not going through even after I went to the desk and showed where it had been paid. Breakfast was good but they yelled at my husband for going early. Way over priced for a hard bed!
