Very good

Liked: Was a lovely room even though our room had been taken
Disliked: Sofa bed pulled it out to have bits of food onit, hairs and feeces so our daughter had to get in bed with us due to this.

Liked: Food and staff was good
Disliked: Aircon didn’t work when we got there reported the first day we was there and they never moved or tried to fix until the next day

Somewhere to sleep ?

Liked: Location, price, value for money.
Disliked: The quality of the breakfast. The choice of drinks but for the price offered one can't expect a Rolls Royce for the price of a Mini.Would I stay here again? Every time I go to Hull.

Liked: It was clean and tidy
Disliked: Key card stopped working after first night. Noisy hotel footsteps up and down the corridor all night. Trouble on the floor above police around at breakfast. Didn’t feel safe as a single female traveler
