Pleasant would stay again

Liked: Great for a quick stay. Well presented rooms that had been refurbished. Breakfast was ok, got you through. Location is out of St George so you can beat any early traffic. Only 40-45 mins from Zion which was a lovely drive.
Disliked: There is no shade for your car. Come prepared with a window shield as it’s gets very hot

Worst staff and lack of...

Disliked: Many things. In my entire lifetime this was the worse hotel experience I have had and I stay in hotels quite frequently. 1. We had asked for 5 people and I was allotted a room. When asked for if there’s any upgrade options, staff was very rude and didn’t even offer any. 2. Checkin line had 3 people and front staff took long time for us to checkin and she had no welcoming spirit or not even a sorry/welxome/thank you. I seriously would fire these type of people if they are completely into basic manners3. Our room didn’t have any bedding for 5th person and when tried calling from room, front desk button was disabled and house keeping no one picked up for 10 to 15 minutes. I went to front desk later and again had to wait in line to be answered and she then gave me one thin bedsheet and one slightly thicker bed sheet. When asked for comforter/ pillow she said they give only this much. She also said she is the only one staff at that time for entire hotel 4. We were given 3 keys upon our request and only one of them worked. When asked to be fixed she didn’t/ couldn’t fix it 5. Breakfast had very limited option especially for vegetarians . Pancake machine was broken. They don’t even have plain Cheerios for example. 6. Our 3rd morning (2 night stay) 9.30 when we came for breakfast nothing was available in hot breakfast and we had to eat only cereal and coffee 7. There was very minor lotion spill near the fridge and housekeeping didn’t even clean that from the floor, which made me doubt the entire cleaning process8. Again only 3 towels were kept for 5 people and had to to thru entire process. 9. Pool didn’t have any towels in the area and were asked to pick up towels from front desk. Please please don’t suggest this hotel to anyone. If they can’t keep up with staff shortage for whatever reason, hotel should simply be shut down.

Stay was okay, the morning...

Liked: Loved the pool, it’s a decent size and lots of chairs to lounge on. The size of the rooms were nice, we got the one bedroom suite with the full kitchen which is something we always need when traveling with kids who are picky eaters. The room had a balcony and chairs you can go sit out on. It had a fire place in the room, and the bathroom had a huge whirlpool tub, which was honestly the best part of the room.
Disliked: When we got to our room the tv’s wouldn’t work and we had to have the front desk come reset them, we rented the one bedroom suite which had a pull out couch which the mattress was really old and stained 😬 and there wasn’t any bedding for the pullout, which was weird so we had to call the front desk again and ask for sheets and bedding when they finally brought Some they brought like a crib mattress and what looked like a duvet cover as a blanket. When we went swimming we swam for about an hour and a half and there were no towels at the pool which we noticed before getting in so we asked the front desk and the lady working the morning shift was not very nice, she said she would bring some out, then like forty five minutes later we asked again and she said the same thing, so finally after about an hour and a half still no towels we just made do with our wet clothes and ran back to the room, so that was frustrating, but the one thing that really irritated me was check out was at 11am, we called at 7am and asked for a later check out like noon at the latest, and the girl at the front desk said “absolutely not” which she was pretty rude but it irritated us because had we booked the room on through the hotels actually website they give you a 2pm check out time.
