A lot left to be...

Liked: The breakfast was very nice.
Disliked: We STAYED FOR A CONFERENCE, and for 4 days, my room was serviced once, and we had to request towels and washcloths. THE SHOWER WAS INOPERABLE. However, the staff personnel were friendly.

Miserable very miserable

Liked: The elevator was broken and we had to haul luggage up 5 flight of stairs.
Disliked: The beds were uncomfortable and the staff were not helpful at all.

Superb

Liked: Overall, I had a great experience. The staff was accommodating, and the room was beautiful, clean and perfect for short/longer stay.
Disliked: The elevator has musty smell.

The location was good however...

Disliked: The elevator was broken. You can hear everything in your room. People talking, slamming doors and running water. The room phone didn’t work so I had to walk down stairs for a towel and blanket. Both pancake machines were broken and the person serving the food was rude. Kept telling people to put the tops down.

Disliked: I got STUCK in the ELEVATOR twice and had to use the stairs. Thank God, I was on the second floor. Only one elevator was working with a Hotel the was full to compacity, not good.

It was okay.

Disliked: The staff told me that they did not accept CHIME. But yet my money was taken off my card a day ahead of time. I don't think I will be staying there again.
