Disliked: Discrepancy in what Booking.com total cost & hotel billing. I did get it resolved.

Liked: Clean breakfast area, friendly staff, comfortable bed
Disliked: Air conditioning/heating unit was loud and rattled throughout the night. Woke us up several times.

Liked: Staff professionalism and helpfulness. Trio of bath supplies in bathroom (shampoo, conditioner and bodywash). Hot breakfast.

Liked: The receptionist was very nice.
Disliked: There were people sitting out on the patio until 2 AM and we could hear them because the windows were single pane and you could hear the people outside, the traffic and in the hallway. The room was not clean at all.
