Liked: bed comfort; also appreciate that the hotel allowed us to cancel 2nd night & schedule a return visit in Sept. We were unable to celebrate my sister's birthday, our main purpose for visit, due to her contracting COVID.
Disliked: this was the most expensive per night of all the hotels we booked during our travels from Boston, Canada and Northern Michigan. Not sure why it has gone up so much in price.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was very comfortable & the person at check in was very pleasant.
Disliked: Construction materials took up half the parking lot . The toilet was leaking in the bathroom causing puddles on the floor.

Superb

Standard IHG room and amenities,...

Liked: Comfy mattress and pillows
Disliked: Noise from highway disturbed sleep. Breakfast not up other IHG standards: only one flavor of yogurt (blueberry), egg dish not quickly replenished, syrup but no pancakes or waffles.

Very good

Decent for the price for...

Liked: Free breakfast and coffee, close to airport, prices were reasonable
Disliked: A lot of construction going on in hotel, rooms are outdated and really need room darkening curtains

Thankfully just a transitory night

Disliked: we arrived at 10:30 at night and with a room booked for 2 adults and 2 kids I expected the sofa bed to be ready, it was not. not even sheets in the room. I had to ask at reception qnd the. male the best myself.The hotel is under renovation and breakfast is a very small buffet choice. Passable but not the usual continental buffet.The swimming pool was cold, and that's a compliment. It was FREEZING.. we lasted not 10 minutes.

Disappointing

Liked: Room was comfortable Conveniently located near MMC- Biddeford where wife was having surgery
Disliked: Hotel under renovation. My room was 20ft from construction area. Area was dusty after renovation/construction done.. construction began next day at 8am. Should have had discounted rates to balance out current state of hotel..

Met expectations and worked out...

Liked: Clean. Had what we needed for a quick overnight stay.
