Exceptional!

Liked: The staff were all wonderful. Two people really stood out. Nicholas at the front desk was fabulous! He had a great personality and was very helpful. Ghada in the dining room was so nice. She always made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good, with many options. The pancake maker was great! We loved eating out on the patio near the pond. We definitely will stay there again next time we visit.
Disliked: The room was a bit dated, but we were told they will be remodeled soon.
