Liked: The best part of the hotel was the customer service. Amazing people working there which made the underwhelming things easier to deal with.
Disliked: The shower made a terrible noise that probably woke up the entire floor. There was construction going on which closed down parts of the hotel. The hot tub also wasn’t working. The elevator was the slowest elevator I’ve ever been on.

Liked: The property was very nice, the pool and hot tub we loved. It was warmer and not super cold which the kids loved!
Disliked: We got overcharged, almost like 2 rooms we stayed one night, and only had one room. Hopefully I get my money back. We were called at 9 at night, for confusion on who we were which scared us, it was the middle of the night. The shower squealed like a pig as well, something must’ve been wrong with plumbing.
