Rude lady to check in...

Disliked: When I got there I found the lady in the front rude. She couldn’t find my payment and was saying I had to pay again even when I showed her the confirmation number to look for. I get I used a 3rd party but the way she handled it I found very rude. I paid with my credit card so there was a card in file to find out I had to pay an additional 200 for the weekend for a deposit. My brother talked to a different lady said she’d take 100 so he was over the phone when I checked in and got mine to 100. And was told I wasn’t able to use my cash app where I had gotten the 100 for the deposit, when my brother was allowed. Then I found a black hair on a “clean” towel. I wasn’t in the mood to go argue with her about the towel because I didn’t want the extra stress and attitude to affect my young children. (I have blonde hair so it wasn’t mine ) I do have a picture of the hair on the towel. I know a lot of hotels that would refund my stay over a hair being on the sink. I don’t know your standards but I probably will not be going there again. Unless this gets solved. Bad attitude with the lady up front and a hair on a clean towel. :/

Disliked: Price was too high maybe because I used a 3rd party but have never seen that high of an increase

Disliked: You could offer veteran, truckers, and senior discount when booking and was charged $250 for anything used not covered in my payment for room. They said i Would see it on my next credit card statement no good to me

Disliked: I thought deposit was $100 according to site but it was $250 on arrival
