Disappointing stay for what we...

Liked: The pool and staff
Disliked: For the price I paid I expected the room to be cleaner and nicer. We were staying for leisure and wanted the nicest hotel to splurge on this was not it. Made me think of a high priced super 8. Was nothing fancy or expensive about it except the price. Also ac sucked. Bathroom floor was nasty looking and tiles pulling apart or cracked. Could hear people walking above and neighbors making noises. Carpet was not very clean and stale smelling.

Roaches in room

Liked: We encountered a dirty room. The beds were made but there was hair, dust, and food crumbs in the room upon arrival. There were also roaches in the room.

Welcoming relaxing enjoyable.

Liked: Variety, yoghurts, cereals, hot biscuits, gravy, cheese and veggie omelets, turkey and pork sausage.....comfortable huge pillows, excellent a.c./heating system.
Disliked: Swimming pool was closed.
