First time staying in VA...

Liked: My room, location, great customer service & etc.
Disliked: Breakfast was good but I think the end timing should be at least 10am; especially checking out by 11am.

Disappointing stay for what we...

Liked: The pool and staff
Disliked: For the price I paid I expected the room to be cleaner and nicer. We were staying for leisure and wanted the nicest hotel to splurge on this was not it. Made me think of a high priced super 8. Was nothing fancy or expensive about it except the price. Also ac sucked. Bathroom floor was nasty looking and tiles pulling apart or cracked. Could hear people walking above and neighbors making noises. Carpet was not very clean and stale smelling.
