Liked: The breakfast was good and the staff was all friendly.
Disliked: Major lack of cleanliness. Especially in the pool area but the room and bathroom werent very clean either. The bed was as hard as a rock. The room smelled fishy. The couch is so worn out that the cushions sink inside the frame. The pool area was absolutely disgusting both days we went. There were thousands of dead bugs floating in the water, trash cans that were overly full and smelled rancid, trash in the water, and the pool bathroom was full of feces and paper. I complained and was told that the pool was cleaned that morning before opening but these pics were taken right at 9am when it opened. Nothing had changed since the day before!

Will not likely stay at this location in the future. Not having soap and shampoo is a real problem.

Disliked: Bathroom smelled like mold. Soap dispensers were empty or not working. Nightstand was broken and drawer hanging . Chair was soiled and dirty. Pancake maker wasnt working.

Horrible extremely disappointing never have had a bad experience in a holiday inn

Disliked: The room we reserved they would give us and the Room we stayed in had big water stains on the ceiling it was super hot and the sheets looked dirty and was extremely expensive $245. Staff was not willing to help the situation.
