Good stay, good location and...

Liked: The toasters did not work at breakfast but everything else was good. The room was good, lots of room but a little dated. I really liked the space. Good location for skiing.
Disliked: Elevator going down from fourth floor sounds a little scary, off track. It seemed like front desk was aware of it. Front desk staff was very good.

Disliked: Staff was arguing at desk when I was going to check out. The woman from the breakfast area and desk person.

Helpful receptionists but very poor...

Liked: The staff was very nice and and did everything they could to help. I have to mention Pier in the reception in particular. The problem was that the rooms were in such a bad shape that it was not easy to find a solution.
Disliked: One of the two twin beds in our room had a crater in the middle of the bed with a size of two basketballs or so. The toilets were dirty. We were offered other rooms instantly but they had similar or worse problems. This was surprising as the hotel is relatively new.

Disliked: Our room was far too hot. All the front desk person offered was to turn off the heater and open the sliding door. Turning off the fan raised the temperature 2 degrees to 85 degrees. Opening the slider from 7 pm to 12 midnight, the temperature only dropped to 79 degrees. That was still very uncomfortable for sleeping.
