Disliked: The shower was terrible. Water went from scalding to freezing throughout the whole thing without any warning.

Liked: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast staff was extremely helpful and kept everything well stocked.

Liked: Beds were comfortable the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a good set of options.
Disliked: We didn’t spend much time in the hotel only to sleep and for breakfast before leaving for the day. Everything was just fine until it was time to check out. I called down to the “guest services” ask if it was possible to have a trolly brought to the room. “You can come down and get one yourself we don’t provide room service here”. It’s not that I mind going to get the trolly. It was the attitude and tone that greeted me at 7am. A simple question, a simple task and the man could not be bothered. However when I last called down to guest services and asked for two additional pillows the lady was more than able to send someone upstairs with the pillows! This man just couldn’t be bothered to put his phone down and help a guest. I didn’t ask for him to take my bags to the car, I simply didn’t want to leave my 4 children alone so I could fetch the trolly myself. We ended up taking our belongings to the car and high tailing it out of there. The entire stay was just fine but of course the last moment was just awful. It’s okay to say no, or say someone was not available at the moment. He said neither of those things and his attitude was uncalled for.
