Otherwise the staff and cleaning...

Liked: The property was clean, and on a wonderful location. The staff at the front desk were excellent. The free breakfast was great with different selections every morning.
Disliked: I was upset that the pool was closed due to a failed water inspection by the state. The gym area which was in the pool area was also closed. The pool was one of the main purposes of us choosing the hotel.

Liked: Rooms were standard and mostly clean. Location close to Hudson, NY.
Disliked: Floors in room were sticky, blinds were broken and we could not open them, no cleaning service for a 2 night stay with no extra towels, No hot breakfast as advertised and pool and amenities also not available as advertised.

Relaxation at its core

Liked: I loved the comfort and vacation feel of the area. The bedding was soft warm comfort of home. Room was very clean and staff was accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay again and became a member.

Liked: It was a last-minute booking, a little out of the way. It was very clean, spacious room, and excellent breakfast for grandparents and a 14-year-old granddaughter.
Disliked: Nothing, except a little further south on 9W.

Disappointed at best. So much...

Liked: Room was big, staff was friendly
Disliked: Breakfast was gross at best. Only edible items were bread/cereal/yogurt. The toilet was non-stop running. There were no blinds to keep the sun and highway views out. Finally, the pool and hot tub were out of order, like they always are with these properties. Really disappointed
