Disappointed

Liked: The property was very clean and spacious.
Disliked: I booked a two bedroom suite as I am traveling with adult family. when booking I assumed that two bedrooms meant two separate bedrooms/bathrooms with doors and a shared sofa tv space like most properties have when they list rooms as two bedrooms. We arrived and it’s basically 1 king hotel room with a sofa and a small semi private bedroom with a queen bed. The door on the bedroom is glass and has no privacy curtain. There is only 1 bathroom. I called the front desk to clarify and since I booked on Booking.com they are unable to change my room or alter the reservation unless I wanted to pay for additional rooms. This is very disappointing and made for an uncomfortable stay. This room needs to be labeled as a family suite not a two bedroom suite! Please be clear in the descriptions!

Liked: Front desk attendant was very kind and accommodating. I was stranded by the ice storm and he showed compassion and kindness which was very appreciated.Very clean room, bathroom smelled clean but not too much like chemicals. Comfortable bed
