Liked: AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The employees are exceptional!!!! 10/10 for friendliness and kindness. Nice clean hotel. Shuttle service was a plus as well!!!
Disliked: Beds were a little more firm than I like.

Excellent facility, highly recommend.

Liked: Super clean facilities, extremely friendly staff, daily complimentary breakfast is delicious, beds are comfy, and the hotel doors have hooks for the traditional Navy graduation anchors which we absolutely loved. We will stay here again. Overall great experience.

Liked: It was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Our room was not ready at check in and we were very late and rushed to our event due to this. It took them almost two hours to get the room ready. The staff was nice enough to offer us a discount after we asked due to the wait. The male employee we spoke with was nice but there was a lady there who was just ignoring us

Liked: Free breakfast and the location to the navy base was great. Loved the shuttle bus to the base on graduation day.
Disliked: There were stains on the carpet and mildew on the shower wall in the bathroom. The bathroom was too small. The door was warped at the bottom due to water in the bathroom. The door frame needed painting.
