Disliked: There is renovation going on, you can hear the drill noise next wall, and during the midnight someone talk very loudly in the hallway, can’t sleep well.

Disliked: Drain in Rm 405 did not drain was partially clogged and didn’t drain properly so you were standing in your own shower water

Disliked: Booked the hot tub room. Tub broken so I called for repair and I was told someone would come and after an hour we gave up. No one came. Was offered a 25% off next visit but this vacation sucked.
