Liked: Breakfast was good. Many choices.
Disliked: Had to call the hotel for pickup at airport and the wait was longer than necessary. Carpeting in room was soiled. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. Morning staff was better than the night staff. Took a long time to get hot water and the shower was weird. Broken bed lamp....

Wasted daycation

Liked: The room was neat and clean
Disliked: The pool was closed the entire day for a deep cleaning on the HOTTEST DAY of the year.

Pleasant

Liked: Location near airport was the draw.
Disliked: While the note in the lobby about work on the hot water system gave a ‘forgive our dust’ vibe, we didn’t have reliable hot water most of the stay. We later discovered, as the desk told us, most of house keeping doesn’t speak English, so the room was not cleaned when requested.

Liked: It was conveniently located and easy to check in.
Disliked: Pool was cloudy. Did not look nice. We chose not to enter the pool.

Disliked: When we went to check in the staff said it would be hit or miss for hot water showers. They should have emailed me or texted me the issue before we got there. We had to book somewhere else.

Disliked: Hot hot it was in the hotel outside of the rooms, the bed was pretty uncomfortable
