Excellent property and value

Liked: It was very convenient, ample parking, clean and the room was a great size.
Disliked: The bath tub could have been cleaner.

Cold, Friendly, Helpful, & Peaceful

Liked: It was a great environment, friendly people, warm pool, and steaming hot tub
Disliked: The housekeeping never brought me clean towels when I requested them 3 times, I wand up using the onsite laundry mat and washing linen myself.

Bad

It was pretty disappointing that...

Liked: The AC worked well and the shower had a lot of power to it. Also they had nice dove wash and lotion!
Disliked: It was dirty when we first checked in the room and we also asked for them to come clean the room and we needed more towels while we were out for the day and we came back and nothing was done in the room, so we called and they just sent someone to the room with towels and we emptied our own trash and replaced the trash bags ourselves.

Exceptional

This hotel should not partner...

Liked: The room and amenities were exactly what we needed for a family trip.
Disliked: The front desk gal treated us like it was a huge inconvenience for having booked through Booking.com, rather than direct. Her customer service skills were completely nonexistent, even 4 days later when we checked out. She us not a good representation of the company and us not fit to work in customer service.

It was nice but could...

Liked: Everything was nice and clean and the shower had amazing water pressure.
Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi were out of service. So the kids didn’t get to swim and mom and dad didn’t get to relax in the hot tub.

Exceptional

Great rooms in a great...

Liked: Large rooms with kitchenette, living area and very comfortable beds. Great shower also. Breakfast had gluten free options.
Disliked: Nothing to mention
