Rates too high when I...

Liked: just had 2 major problem I wll list below. Other than that the rooms were clean, breakfast enjoyable, staff pleasent Just wish the could have taken care of the pounding on the floor above at 1 am
Disliked: I had to call the front desk twice to have the room above us to stop pounding on the floor. Or maybe they were jumping off the bed at 1 am in the morning. The price was outrageous especially when I am getting lower rates via the internet.

My husband had a medical...

Disliked: You could have worked harder getting our money back after my husband had a medical emergency. We didn’t go, you should know that. I am not happy with you or Holiday Inn.
