Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Waco South By IHG

I stayed for one night while I was in town and I thought that the room was great. Very clean and very up to date. The bed was comfortable and had all of the accommodation that I needed. Thank you.

Poor

Disliked: The couple in the room above us fought, yelled and argued for over 2 hours and hotel staff did nothing about it. Woke us up at 3am stomping and yelling. The staff told them to quiet down 1 time and that was it. They stated that it was a child playing a video but it wasn’t and even if it was, at 3 in the morning with most guests sleeping, something should have been. Nothing was done and even when we checked out and complained more and asked to speak with a manager we got told they were busy and couldn’t offer us any help.
