We were just expecting a...
Liked: The hotel was new and in excellent shape! Samantha the evening help was very nice and TJ the overnight employee was super friendly and made us something to eat before we headed out at 4 in the morning. He is a keeper!
Disliked: We liked everything! It was quiet and easily accessible.

Liked: The staff was so accommodating and helpful. Their attitudes helped to make up for some of the other disappointments.
Disliked: It was in a bit of disrepair, which seems odd since its newish. There was paneling peeling off near the elevator. Several breakfast things broken: waffle and pancake makers as well as the juice machine. They were out of normal breakfast items a

Liked: Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Beds are really comfortable.
Disliked: Rooms very noisy as the hotel is by the side of the motorway. Could do with double glazing. It sounded like we had a window open all night

Liked: The only thing that I liked was the front desk clerk. Gracelina. She was prompt and very helpful
Disliked: The website,made it sound like just the lobby was being renovated. So I expected a slight mess.. Check in was ok except being told one key per room and can not loose it or there was no way or getting into room. Got to room. The sheets looked like someone had walked on them with shoes on. The curtains didnt close. The tv didnt work. Asked to change rooms. Was told there we're no other keys to other rooms available but she was able to fix tv. With the master remote. Breakfast was a joke. Pancake maker didn't work. Very little coffee and no biscuits. The staff member running the area was too busy sitting,and,talking like on a break to other employees or had ear buds in looking at videos on her phone. When asked about more coffee. She acted like it was a major bother to her. There probably wouldve been more food for guests if the renovation crews wouldnt have kept coming in to eat and,drink coffee. This happened all 3 mornings we were there. When asked housekeeping for more towels they got snotty,and said they were all in the wash and there werent anymore. Needless to say. We,will look other places before we stay there again. This just added,to,the stress of extended travel for a funeral

Disliked: When I made the reservation online, it never mentioned that the whole complex was under major renovations. The lobby was covered in dust and had plastic covering everything. I'm sure it will be nice when finished but I paid full price for the room. I feel it should have been mentioned and offered a discount.
