Great location....great value and really...
Liked: Breakfast was very good ...probably the second best we've ever had at an inclusive breakfast at a hotel !

Disliked: NO PARKING,room smelled like smoke,pool not available neither was hot tup.100.00 damage deposit,still waiting to get back. NO PARKING.

We were visiting out brand...
Liked: The breakfast and staff were amazing. Very happy employees, always working around the buffet to clean and stock up the foI. I was most impressed by the staff they worked hard....and they were happy! Beds were amazing.
Disliked: our issue was not with the hotel...it was with booking. com We arrived to the hotel after a long day and were told that the booking was for any type of room. They gave us the wheelchair room. the shower head was for a person sitting. it was to low, we had to bend over to get wet. The shower head kept falling off the hook into the bath tub. The view was of a fence, but that was not a deal breaker. Disappointed with the hot tub and pool, they were both cloudy. Great staff though. Very nice, and easy to deal with.
