Disliked: Staff was not very assertive. Stood there for a couple minutes while two ladies stood behind the counter talking. Never even said, please wait we will be with you soon. Just ignored me.

The rate was not consistent...

Disliked: No cleaning service when I asked at 420 pm there was no one around except the receptionist . As a member of Holiday Inn membership, I was not even given a bottle of water.

Will return, decent overall trip
