Liked: The room was nice with all facilities. The breakfast was nice too
Disliked: The room was not made while we were gone or the towels were not replaced. I was told this would be done as long as there was no DND sign on the door but it happened none the less

Liked: The room was nice and renovated. IT was a good value for the amenities and location.

Liked: Nice room and good breakfast area.
Disliked: Traffic noise in the evening and morning. Suggest getting a room in the back side of the property. Staff seemed indifferent.

Nice but...

Liked: I liked the breakfast, was clean with some updates, my housekeeper, didn't get her name she was a tall black lady, the desk attendant who checked me in who is also a black female and Adrian grounds keeper!
Disliked: Hot tub not working, pool was FREEZING! Knowing it gets chilly at night why would you not have a heated pool or use a solar cover...SOMETHING! I felt sorrynfor.the kids. The remote to the TV was not user friendly and the assesibility menu kept coming on and could not get it off, and if I brought my Roku, I would not be able to set it up.

Liked: You get what you expect with Holiday express and we like reliability. The breakfast was even better than expected. So in case we want to visit Joshua Tree again, we will again book this hotel
