comfortable hotel, friendly,. Staff had...

Liked: good breakfast

Oh well…

Liked: Breakfast was included, there was a pool with pool towels and the location was surrounded by shops and restaurants.
Disliked: For a family the room was very small. Although we booked for three people there were only two sets of towels in the room and the sheets for the sleeping sofa weren’t in the room either. The sink was so high, our five year old wasn’t able to wash his hands by himself. Besides the hand soap was attached to the wall so high up, there was no chance he could have reached that! The pool wasn’t cleaned on a daily base and I had to do that before we were able to swim. Also lots of bees around the pool and in the water. The breakfast was good but usually not supervised by a person. We were joining the breakfast around 8 am and the warm food was either out or not prepared for people coming „so late“. And how could yoghurt be out?! And last, the staff at the front dest was not very solution oriented. I don’t think I would chose it again.

Disliked: The carpet in the hallways and rooms is old and dirty. The chair in our room had a rip on the arm. The place seems a little rundown.
