Liked: Breakfast is the same menu everyday . Location is perfect
Disliked: Unhelpful management or hotel. No consideration. They can’t help you in terms of emergency situations. I am one of the client who accidentally drop phone in the lift. All reported to management they said they can’t help me as the lift is managing by other company. I spend 2000 CAD for engineer to recover my phone from the lift in the basement. Worst experience!

Disliked: Nothing, all was good. Didn’t notice security cameras at back of building. If not there, should be for safety and cars.
