Exceptional

Liked: The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, I'm sorry didn't take their names to mention. The room was clean and in very good shape. Easy access from parking and to the rooms. The pool area is not big but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good, with a good variety. When traveling with little kids it's always a must that breakfast is included!

Poor

Liked: Breakfast is the same menu everyday . Location is perfect
Disliked: Unhelpful management or hotel. No consideration. They can’t help you in terms of emergency situations. I am one of the client who accidentally drop phone in the lift. All reported to management they said they can’t help me as the lift is managing by other company. I spend 2000 CAD for engineer to recover my phone from the lift in the basement. Worst experience!
