Your staff are friendly and...

Liked: Breakfast was manufactured food, except the oatmeal, which was tasty. The bacon was good. Fresh eggs and skip the frozen omelette.
Disliked: It was fine, for the price.

Disliked: I have definitely been in better maintained and cleaner hotels. There were a lot of people loitering out in the parking lot when we arrived. They did not appear to be staying at the hotel just hanging around the area.

Disappointing.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Ihg ripped me off of my rewards. Every time I come here they assure me I’ll get my points. I didn’t check. I asked when I checked in this time , was assured I’d get credit. When we needed to stay a few more days, I had the desk clerk check and he said no, he can’t find my rewards. From ANY of my past stays either. I guess I’ll stay at comfort inn next door next time. Or some other non ihg hotel.
