Beautiful rooms, comfy beds and...

Liked: The beds were extremely comfortable.
Disliked: There could be a few more elevators. The weekend was very busy with a lot of cheerleaders (which was great) but we could have used a few more elevators.

hotel is great, staff awful....

Liked: location, comfort
Disliked: the front desk check in staff was deplorable…not friendly, responsive or gave us necessary information like what time is breakfast available. two people working and no eye contact from either one. check your afternoon staff on 02/16 and fire them both!
