Great place to stay near...

Liked: Great location next to AZ Mills. Pool was wonderful. Enjoyed using the workout room as well. Really nice breakfast. Comfortable nice size rooms. Was a great stay for our family.
Disliked: Vents in bathroom ceiling and air conditioner were quite dirty. Other than that, the room was very clean.

Disliked: Arrived to check in to at a Holiday Inn (no reservations) just before midnight. Asked for rates and told them it was listed cheaper at Booking.com. The person at the desk said to try it but they didnt have a king and they would probably increase the rates to two Queens. I had it up for the 9th on booking and during check out it turned to the 10th. They Holiday stated I didn't have reservations to check in until 4:00 PM and to go through Booking.com. there was no contact info for Booking on the email just Holiday Inn. We needed a room that night not the next day. Total unhelpful - we left and found another hotel which we had to pay for twice!!!!!!!! I sent them a message through their website and they stated I didn't contact them in time (it was the early morning of the 10th I sent them the message. I wasn't home to use my computer so it was through my phone. Wouldn't refund either. Won't ever go through Booking.com or a Holiday Inn again for any reason. It appears neither of them cared about customer service
