Disliked: staff not accomodating, ignore requests say have no help. yet two people at desk.

Nice, clean and very helpful...

Liked: The front person was great! He helped us for getting room ready early, since we came from a cruise ship. He also helped with getting us a shuttle to the airport the next morning. Very helpful! Did not get up in time for breakfast.
Disliked: The only thing that was a little frustrating was finding a place to eat. We didn't want to uber anywhere but there was a cafe within walking distance. The restaurant next door wasn't open until 11-12p. It was nice to walk and enjoy the scenery however.

Disliked: Multiple issues. Receptionists were rude, tv didn't work, many issues with water pressure. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Liked: The entire hotel smelled nice, and it was very clean. The continental breakfast was good.
Disliked: The drive to get to the hotel was stressful because of its location.

Great stay overall - pool...

Liked: Jamel was perfect for this position. He was upbeat, optimistic and offered a warm welcome to all. The room was very nicely appointed. The shower was nice and the lighting excellent. We appreciated being able to turn off the air and open the windows to hear the wildlife and the sounds of the city. My husband enjoyed the complimentary cookie and I, the Epoch Times. Wayne texted us to ensure we didn't need anything. The complimentary breakfast and airpirt shuttle were a blessing.
Disliked: For being a fairly new hotel, we were surprised to find the pool was so dirty. A filth ring around the perimeter and algae on the bottom/sides were a bit of a disappointment.
