Fine until the charged us...

Liked: We have stayed many times and are always pleased with accommodations, and friendly staff
Disliked: We were double billed and have still not received reimbursement for $190.24. I have spoken with the site as well as IHG corporate

Disliked: Only had one washer and dryer for public to use. Not enough towels and when asked for more they only brought me one set for a family of 4. The pull out sofa was awful. They did give me a mattress pad but I’d recommend bringing your own because you can still feel the springs on your back. Wasn’t given a pillows for the sofa either. Asked for those and sheets and only given two sheets. Our kids were freezing all night. Wouldn’t recommend unfortunately

Disliked: I didn’t get the room I booked with double beds. The hotel took it amongst themselves to change it to a single king.

Liked: Easy to access, clean and check in easy.
Disliked: AC unit was not working properly.
