Ok

Liked: We stayed 1 night and they charged $100 incidental fee! The fee was never returned after 5 business days! I had to call the property and they couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t released on their end!! What a mess

Exceeded my expectations.

Liked: The property was super clean! The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. I loved that they were dog friendly too. Our room was HUGE and included a kitchenette. The breakfast was very good! Great selection of hot and cold choices.
Disliked: This is not something they can control. Being close to the airport, there were 2 late night planes that flew over the hotel that woke me up.
