Passable

Disliked: The bedding felt damp, I’m guessing from the ac unit but it was a little uncomfortable. The lobby sitting area was a bit dirty. Bugs and cobwebs everywhere, a dirty tissue on the floor that was never picked up from the time I checked in until the time I checked out.

Disappointing

Disliked: Called ahead and was told room was ready it wasn’t. Was told to come back in an hour and two hours later it still wasn’t ready. Then they made us wait in the lobby until 2:58pm to check in, and we’re not friendly or apologetic about any of it.

Disliked: Absolutely no hot water! Breakfast was sub-parr. Overcooked eggs, stale bread & no decaf tea. They used to have sample sized toothpaste & face wipes, now there's nothing in the bathrooms. Been going for years & it's starting to look tired & old. Thankfully, the room was clean & so were the linens & towels.

Disappointing

Liked: Rooms were generally clean. The day manager was pleasant to work with.
Disliked: The hotel has been having issues with hot water for the rooms. Apparently the issue has been cycling through the rooms. Seems to be a prolonged issue. First day of stay there was no hot water at all for the 2 rooms I booked. Staff checked 6 other rooms and same issue so could not move us. Spotty hot water for several days afterwards.
