Very pleased with this hotel!

Liked: The breakfast was outstanding. Lots of quality choices from the fresh oatmeal, to the egg white omelets to the cinnamon rolls.

Simply terrible

Liked: There was no such thing..
Disliked: It was simply terrible. On the day of check-in, our flight left us behind in Zurich. As a result, we could only fly the next day. I immediately sent a message to the hotel informing them that we would only be able to arrive the following evening.When we finally arrived, the front desk denied having received any message and blamed Booking.com for not passing it on. I don’t believe that’s what really happened, but whatever. When I asked about our reserved and prepaid room, they simply said it had been given away and they had no available rooms left.I had traveled 6,000 kilometers, and at 8 PM I was told I could go wherever I wanted. The receptionist tried to redirect us to another hotel of theirs, claiming they had availability—but that turned out not to be true either.We were forced to stay at a place with much lower comfort, just because we had no other choice. I have to travel to the area again next year, but one thing is certain: I will stay far away from this hotel. This was simply unacceptable!
