Disliked: Area been a customer off and on 23 10 years 3 kids generation. Sauna hot tube didn’t work again

Liked: The room itself was clean and very spacious for my family of 5
Disliked: The rooms did not have much soundproofing done and we could easily hear the people next to us and in the hallway. The pool was closed Sunday morning when we wanted to use it, and the sign said it would open at 2pm, but then was open by the time we checked out at 10am (kids were quite disappointed). We also had some kids running down the hall knocking on doors and ditching while it was quiet hours on Saturday night.
