Passable

Disliked: The hotel is need of repairs and repairs to be completed. We had 3 locations where the walls were plastered but not painted. Drywall seams were showing through the paint. Seat cushions were stained. Chairs and mattresses all had lows spots from years of use.

Disliked: Elevator didn't work, only ice machine broken

Liked: Not much the whole place was dirty there was items in my fridge poop in the stairwell
Disliked: The room was dirty I took pics to post cause for this price you should not have a dirty/stained bed items in the fridge or poop in the stairwell

Disliked: No soap in room when asked at front desk was told they were all out. To me this is a cleanliness and health issue. We went to stote and bought some. Was not impressed with the room. Shower was in rough shape

Disliked: Elevator out of service. My husband has difficulty walking & we had to climb 3 flights of stairs to our room

I would never book here...

Liked: I liked there was free breakfast and that the employees were on top of things the entire time. Very accommodating.
Disliked: I didn't like that when we got to the entrance of the hotel, there was a huge water leak blocking the main entrance. The Holiday Inn sign fell and broke a water line. I didn't like that when we got to the indoor pool area, (that the pool was the MAIN REASON I BOOKED IT FOR ME AND MY KIDS) it was extremely warm, bubbling and the smell in there was horrific. The water was so green and the water was bubbling and almost hot. My kids are still disappointed. Also, your channels on the tv and the "channel list" you have, 7 of them worked and they weren't ANYTHING my children wanted to watch since we couldn't swim. We had just purchased swimsuits, as well about an hour before. I called to cancel my reservation because of the water blocking the entrance, no one could enter or exit, but when I called, the employee stated that it had already been cleaned and cleared and to continue the booking. The pool was the MOST DISGUSTING part about the entire experience. I've always booked with Holiday Inn and I've never had such a disappointing experience in my entire life.

Liked: Breakfast!!!! Those biscuit were the best I have had in a long time!
Disliked: Parking light pole, the light come into the room even with curtain close
