Liked: The staff was extremely helpful. Rita, in the kitchen, makes the BEST breakfast! The front desk ladies are very helpful!
Disliked: The pool and ice machines weren’t working. I never received an email letting me know that the pool was out- that would have been nice because I booked based on the outdoor pool. The front desk staff was giving bags of ice because the ice machines weren’t working, but they ran out- several times. In a 4 night stay, house keeping only came into my room to give new towels 1 time (there were 4 of us in my party). Other times, I had to get more on my own.

Liked: The location and the suite layout with a king bed and 2 queens
Disliked: The need for renovation. Every thing showed wear from the entrance to the elevator. Our room carpet was dirty and the furniture had various chips in it. We had to duct tape the cable into the back of the tv to get it to work. The bathroom was a wreck- someone had obviously fallen in the shower and the rod was barely attached with broken tiles. The shower curtain had black mold. House keeping was hit or miss- they would skip making beds somedays and once they left pool towels instead of bath towels. The duvet covers all had orange stains on them which looked like pizza grease. The air conditioning in the king bedroom only worked half the time.

Disliked: Big deal: the pool was drained and closed. This wasn't mentioned at booking or check in. The pool was a big reason for booking here and it wasn't available. Little ice: the ice machines didn't produce much ice.
