Liked: Good location. Very helpful staff. Remodeled room was nice. Bed was very comfortable
Disliked: Breakfast was good not outstanding. Everything was good except the cooked eggs.

Liked: The location is great! You can cross the street and have an unobstructed view of a gorgeous sunset over the waters of Lake Michigan.The breakfast was legitimately decent, we had no complaints there. Everything was fresh and covered lots of dietary bases. No fault here.Finally, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Disliked: The theory we came up with here is that we had what was maybe the last room in the facility that had yet to receive an update/refresh. The furniture and carpets were clearly past their prime and very visibly stained in several places. This may sound nitpicky, but the bulbs in the same model (matching ones) lamps throughout the room Had different colored bulbs; some obviously pale LEDs and others that at least looked like old type incandescent bulbs. That struck us as odd and maybe a little careless. We likely caught them in an upgrade phase, and were unlucky on room assignment. It happens. All in all, we still had a great trip.

Liked: Proximity to the beach. The view is really nice. The breakfast is well done. Parking is good. The beds are comfortable.
Disliked: If you asked for a plunger, a towel (even though they gave us less than the amount of people we registered for the room) they made us come and get them from the front desk. We registered for 6 people and there were 3 towels. It was a room that slept 8, with 2 rooms. WE also needed another pillow and they made us come and get that as well, even though the room is not equipped with the correct amount.
