Friendly staff makes tye whole...

Liked: The staff is great. Very friendly. John and Anthony at the front desk are amazing and helpful. Tanya the room maid was extremely friendly and kind. The staff at breakfast too were great. People make the difference in this hotel. I was there with my 5 kids and they all say they love the hotel because people are friendly there.
Disliked: The TV in the rooms need to be upgraded to more modern ones.

Good dependable hotel in downtown...

Liked: Clean and up to date. Check in staff was informative. Great Pub underneath it.
Disliked: It was cookie cutter in design and operation. Not a restaurant in it.

Disliked: Only reason that we booked here is I have a bad back and you have a hot tub that’s OUT OF ORDER. Should have been notified!!
