Disliked: Hot tub didnt work and my room had electrical issues the light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling and didnt work and the microwave and refrigerator didnt work

Over promise and under deliver
Liked: Property started to be renovated, which was nice
Disliked: We were checking in around 10 pm with a family where we were informed there is no hot water.. and we can cancel our reservation. We did not get any heads up at all. We were promised a rebate and never received it after numerous attempts.
